We recently held our wedding at Dell Lea and cannot say enough positive things about our experience! From the day we took our tour to the day of the event, Toutou and her team was organized, helpful, and available for any and all questions we had. We were planning our event from California which created a few logistical challenges such as needing a rehearsal on a Saturday morning and they were more than accommodating. The event went flawlessly and we got so many compliments from friends and family about how amazing everything was (from the food, to the bartenders, to the picturesque setting, to how well organized and on time everything was). We truly were able to be in the moment and enjoy our day thanks to how well Toutou organized everyone and managed everything for us on the day of.
4.9 stars is too low for Dell-Lea! I got married here in early June and we opted for full planning services with Toutou. The grounds are immaculate, one of the most gorgeous backyards I’ve ever seen. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food/drinks are great. Many of my guests said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. The rest of my guests said they had the time of their lives! Thank you Toutou for keeping us sane and organized through the whole planning process. It was a huge money saver to use the Dell-Lea decor included in the price of the wedding planner. They set everything up for us day-of perfectly – and I say that as a very picky person 🙂 We can’t wait to come back for our 1 year anniversary!!
We recently celebrated our wedding at Dell-Lea, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The venue, a picturesque old barn set against a stunning backdrop, provided the perfect setting for our special day. Dell-Lea effortlessly blends rustic charm with modern amenities, creating an ambiance that is both inviting and elegant.
Our day-of coordinator, Laurie, was phenomenal. Her attention to detail, coordination skills, and warm demeanor ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment without worry. The owners, David and ToutTou, were also incredible throughout the entire process. Their dedication to providing exceptional service and value is evident in every aspect of their operations.
The culinary experience was a highlight for us and our guests, who raved about the quality and presentation of the food. Despite pushing the venue to its capacity with 180 guests, the space felt ample and accommodating.
Additional features such as the sunflower field and the charming wagon added a unique touch to our wedding, creating perfect photo opportunities. The beautifully updated farmhouse offered a comfortable and stylish space for preparations and relaxation.
Choosing Dell-Lea was the best decision we made, and we are immensely grateful to the entire team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a venue that offers beauty, value, and top-notch service, Dell-Lea is the place.
Absolutely speechless. Dell-Lea is chef’s kiss perfect. We had the most amazing fall weather and foliage and sunset. Completely blown away by how effortlessly beautiful the day was – we bought no outside/ceremony decorations because the backdrop is so stunning.
Laurie – our day of coordinator – was the master of all masters. She handled everything and seemed to be in 10 places at once all night long. She always checked in with us to see if we needed more food or drinks. She seamlessly handled a vendor snafu – our three bus drivers did not order a meal when I asked before our final headcount was due, but requested a meal on arrival at the venue. Laurie provided them each a meal and I didn’t hear a peep about it until the night was over! She helped my family pack up our decorations at the end of the night and made sure we had everything we needed. She even donated my bridesmaids bouquets to a local nursing home!
The food – cannot say enough about how delicious the food was. Multiple guests came up to us during and shortly after dinner service to rave about their meals – the stuffed chicken, espresso encrusted filet, and cashew cheese ravioli. All so good, and my husband and I had all three at our table! The appetizers – incredible! The family recipe crab rangoons are worth the hype! The bartenders were incredible all night and nailed our signature cocktails.
Working with Dell-Lea was seamless. I sent only a handful of emails before our details meeting because everything is so clear. Dell-Lea offers rental decorations, so we chose to rent table numbers, eucalyptus strands, centerpiece accents, and popular signage, saving us so much money. We cannot say enough good things about Dell-Lea – our day was so beautiful and perfect. We hope to be a guest at Dell-Lea someday!
We just got married at Dell-Lea and everything about this venue was perfect! When we were touring venues in 2022, Dell-Lea was the first and only venue we toured, my fiancé, now wife! Looked at me and said “I’m all set, nothings going to top this place” and right then and there we booked it! It was everything we were looking for and more!
I can rant and rave about the scenery, aesthetics, bartenders, etc… But the one thing that stood out and made our experience with Dell-Lea phenomenal, was Laurie. Good golly was she on top of everything! Every interaction I had with Laurie was as genuine as it got. You can tell she legitimately loves her job, and she is amazing at it! Any questions we had, she had an answer. Any issues we had, she had a solution. Laurie and her daughter made the entire process go flawlessly. I cannot say enough positive remarks about Laurie! I met most of the people who are a part of Dell-Lea and almost all of them are just amazing! Yet again and I’ll say it until I physically can’t anymore. LAURIE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR MAKING OUR DAY THE BEST DAY EVER!
These guys are the ones who keep our venue looking beautiful and running like a well-oiled machine. With over 200 acres of woods and shy of 30 acres of lawn and fields, mowing itself can take 15-25 hours a week! Trust us, when you drive up the driveway, you’ll see why they put so much care into this alone. They are mostly behind the scenes, but their work does not go unnoticed.

Graham, our bar manager, is a seasoned bartender known for his incredible mixed drinks and his endless supply of classic “Dad” jokes. Rachel keeps the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming while sharing creative herbal twists and fresh ideas for cocktails. And Meghan knows how to keep the energy up, bringing plenty of fun along with her impressive knowledge of sports and spirits. Together, this trio knows exactly how to keep the drinks flowing, the laughs coming, and the celebration glowing all night long!
Laurie Russell is an amazing homeschool mom of four on weekdays. On the weekends she shares her love of weddings with our lucky couples. Laurie had the joy of planning her oldest daughter’s wedding. When she is not busy teaching and coordinating weddings, she loves playing and teaching piano, singing and leading a band. In total honesty, Laurie still cries at the wedding no matter how many she has done! Her favorite part of coordinating is the first dance and parent dances.
Adam has been working in the culinary industry since the age of 15, and though we promised not to give away his age, we can say that he’s been cooking professionally for over 30 years in many prominent restaurants throughout the Granite State. Adam’s passion is making comfort food for his Mom, nieces, and nephews. When he is not in the kitchen, he loves taking long rides on his Harley, playing disc golf, and messing around with his dog (who, may we add, eats very well).
With strong roots in New Hampshire, Toutou’s journey brought her from Plymouth State University to a Fortune 500 company in Boston where she worked in various roles in sales, marketing, events, and project management. Through her vast experience, her love for event planning captured her heart. Combined with her project management experience and her role as one of Dell-Lea’s owners she has overseen over 900+ weddings.
