The venue includes:

(1) On-site catering,
(2) Bar services
(3) Use of facility for five hours for your reception, six with on-site ceremony
(4) Tables and white indoor chairs,
(5) Standard table linens,
(6) china, flatware and glassware,
(7) Server staff and Bartender(s),
(8) Day-of coordinator,
(9) Hall setup and cleanup, and
(10) Two hours for preparation on the morning of the function (For Friday weddings, decorations take place on Thursdays prior to rehearsal).

Yes, most of our weddings have their ceremony on-site. Ceremonies include an Event Coordinator, arranged white chairs outside for each guest, one-hour rehearsal on Thursday evening prior to your wedding and an additional hour of facility time.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony may be held inside. If there is ample notice, we can set up rows of chairs inside with an aisle for the procession.

For our team to properly prepare for your day, we ask that you have your hair and makeup done offsite. Couples may arrive one hour and a half prior to the start of the ceremony, Additional time beyond this can be accommodated with additional fee. Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start of your wedding. If you plan on doing a first look, please inform your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start.

Our couples commonly have hair and make-up artists come into our partner hotels and/or airbnb's. The hotels are accustomed to providing for this. There is also the option of reserving studios.

Plated meals will have up to three entrees. We recommend two proteins and 1 vegan/vegetarian option. We require escort cards with your guest's name, entrée option and allergy note. All our buffets have a total of three entrees.

No, we believe these options are important for you to decide. With that said, the vendors included in our recommendations are most familiar with Dell-Lea. We are familiar with their work and have found them to be some of the best the region has to offer.

Events are held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Thursdays are reserved for rehearsals. Occasionally, we will host weekday events on a case by case basis.

Yes, we provide white chairs for both indoor and outdoor events.

No, as a liquor-licensed facility, all beverages must be served by us.

We don't offer on-site accommodations, however, we've partnered with nearby homes as close as 2 minutes away for convenient lodging options which sleep as many as 16. Additionally, selected hotels in Concord have arranged room blocks and special group rates for our guests. Please visit our vendors page for more information.

Our guest minimum is 75 guests for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We do require 5 hors d'oeuvres and dinner entree for each guest.

We are a seasonal venue and are open the last weekend of April to Thanksgiving.
